Best stuff I've used was Autoglym upholstery cleaner.

But the best JOB I've seen done was when I had them out and they were professionally valeted.

Hire a Rug Doctor from Johnson's or B&Q. Using the upholstery attachment with Rug doctor carpet cleaner will bring the seats back as new. Best left until the warmer weather or you'll spend the day thinking you've piss*d yourself.

Best product I've used has been AG Interior Shampoo (green label IIRC).

That's very good stuff according to those who've used it. Give PB a ring they're very helpful :)

The last thing you should do with alacantra is over soak it :nono: I can't dispute the results you've had but everyone I've consulted has said don't wet vac alacantra.

I used that a few weeks ago. Spray it onto a cloth that's been in very warm water and rung out, then use it on the seats. It worked a treat :thumb:
