Good budget graphics card?

Anyone recommend a good budget graphics card around the £100 mark that's capable of playing Black Ops/GTA 4 at maximum resolution, not in slow motion?

At present have an ATI Radeon 4600 series and it's sooooo slowwwww. :(

GTA 4 needs a pretty beefy CPU to be honest.

Mine has an AMD Phenom II X4 2.8Ghz, should be beefy enough with a good card. :)

You will be OK with this CPU and good GPU(above is comparison of cards, mine favourite is HD5770,5830 or GTX460).
These cards support DX11,great if you are on W7

I think will need just 450-550W PSU for this GPU's and PSU are really cheap(OCZ PSU 650W for £59)
