Random EML flashing then stops.....
 

Hi guys, my alternator went on my classic the other day. At the same time that happened the EML came on. I changed the alternator and the EML stayed on, i didnt drive it for the next two days then when i started it the next time the EML went off. Ive driven it the last couple of days with no problem but when driving home the EML came on for about 20secs then went off (that happened twice). When the EML is on it takes about 30 secs to start the engine but apart from that it seems to run fine. Any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks

Get error codes read chap, could be anything...doubt alternator related.

Plug the two black connectors in under the steering column and read the codes:

ive been working away the last 3 weeks mate so havent had a chance to check the codes yet, will do this weekend tho. Still need to come and grab that exhaust manifold if u still got it bud? text me.... nice1
