Alarm fob range?

Hi just wondering what the range is on your key fob... mine seems to only work a few meters from the car, and sometimes takes a few hard presses to get it going! A bit annoying really.

Are they meant to be more (blobeye) or are my batteries on the way out :Suspiciou

Yeah, man. I think your batteries are likely to be low, anyway consult the specialists :cuckoo:

The range of the "blipper" can be altered by a large number of other factors.....atmospherics etc, stick the blipper under your chin....this will harnes the UHF from a multi directional pattern to a harnessed pattern when you open your mouth (UHF will leave via your mouth), thus untilising your head as a parabolic reflector....failing this....change the batterys...LOL:P
