1996 White WRX
 

Right guys, this is my second scoob now and sad to say i think it will be my last.. PX'd my MY00 scoob in for this 96wrx and made the biggest mistake of my life and now its time to cut my losses as i dont have the time to break.

Ive had to replace the whole engine recently which cost me best part of 1k from Scooby Techniks, from getting the engine fit by the people i brought the car off they sent it back with a coolant leak , snapped speedo and a buggered turbo.

Current work that needs doing - New speedo Cable wired in ( I can do it if required ) Dodgy Idle when cold i belive due to the coolant Leak - and 3rd Gear has sheared / come loose in the last half hour which has led me to this thread.

I have baught a new speedo cable, Replaced the turbo with a VF23 i had.

Someone wants to grab a bargain as i really havent got the time or funds for this car anymore.

Im open to offers as im not sure what its worth as is. I Also have a large FMIC with all pipework , Uprated Injectors and Polar Performance ECU for all the mods that i can chuck in with it for the right price.

Milage on the engine is just over 40k, I'm not sure on prev owners exact but I'm still in contact with the last owner, and the car is lovely I just have ran out of money now she's drained me. Drop me a txt if u wnt more info

Hi mate do you still have warranty on the engine from scoobyteknixs, whats needs doing/repairing apart from speedo cable and leak??? is 3rd gear f****d? any tax or mot?

5months tax and a year MOT, warrenty didnt come with the block as they didnt fit it, but i spoke to him alot and he said the engine was spot on and it runs like it. Yeh the 3rd is shagged mate its just non existant but a 2nd hand Gearbox isnt expensive and wud only be a couple hundred to get 3rd rebuilt at most. and other than cable , leak and gearbox its spot on
