How do you enable it ?

I've seen it in the AMG challenges, the last race of the formula GT championship at Suzuka and the 1000KM of Suzuka Endurance. (Must be a fetish of his at Suzuka?) :wonder:
Maybe it's in free practice or the options in the track editor but you'll probably wonder what all the fuss was about once you experience it.

In the practice choices there are normally 2 options for each track, one the standard and the other with weather. Not far enough in on career to see it yet or played enough in Arcade.
