sigma alarm fault ??????

hi ya a'll..on my 51 plate bugeye..anybody know if a sigma alarm fob (seperate single button type not part of key) can go out tune (frequency) on there own as mine is suddenly inop with the system....done the usuall batt change in fob but no good still....could it need re programing (led flickers on fob)......keypad works ok on pin but have to arm the system and sit verry still then dis-arm to get led on dash to light so it can be started( flippin pain )

ps... car has been suffering with one side indicator sticking on after arming the system(possibly a related fault ???) thanks in advance...any advice greatly received....... cheers martome123:cry:

I had my Sigma alarm taken off and a replacement alarm fitted. Sigma alarms are a pain (I don't care what anyone else says :) ), I have had my car stranded in many places that have been affected by other signals drowning out the alarm signal, and the keypad became faulty.

My advice would be, if you can afford it, change the alarm ..... Job done, I have had no issues since.

If you do need any, I have kept the 3 alarm fobs for the Sigma alarm, so if you need one, give me a nudge ;) , they are easy to program in.
