advice needed....

Hi all just need to check that a p1 alloy 18 x 7.5 J with an ET 45 will clear the brembo's on a 02 sti:wonder: I am useless with the sizes and clearances etc.

Cheers:thumb:

Anyone?

Saalro 05 December 2010 05:28 PM

I remember seeing somewhere that they don't as Brembos are chunky. Have spacers ready incase?

Thanks
Sam

In theory they should, as ET48 is the offset on standard new age sti wheels but it also depends on the thickness of the spokes.

The P1 wheels have fat spokes lol.

Thanks
sam

PWRC1 wheels like the ones fitted to the P1's in STi fitment are ET46. :)

'P1 Wheels' are ET52 IIRC.

There is no ET45 to my knowledge. :)

The sti wheels spokes curve outwards quite a lot , the P1 wheels are quite straight in comparison , Neither the 17" or 18" P1 wheels will clear without spacers
Cheers Ian

They look like an early Inovit Redline set, 18x7.5 ET45 gives it away. PFF7 Copies and nothing like a P1 wheel :)

PFF7's are 18x8 ET51 :)

You can pick these up for £350 a set new and the P7000's aren't worth the extra given it's not even made it's reserve :)

HTH :)
