Rear Diff question

Hi to all.Currently run a ty752vn6aa gearbox in a 450bhp UK V4 and recently purchased (Sti 5/6,P1) TY754VBAAA box.Realise a rear diff will be required as final ratio is different to my original but what type exactly, are these R160,open,plated?Also with the change of gearbox will my driveshafts be compatible with the TY754VBAAA along with when purchased a rear diff?Any info would be much appreciated. Many thanks

You need a 4.44 AR160, with or without a viscuos LSD. These are the rear diffs on almost all Jap WRX and STi M/Y 97 onwards.

I have a 4.44 diff here if you cannot get one locally. Straight off my STi 3 Wagon.
