Boxing of any kind seems a dangerous sport to me. Too easy to get your brains scrambled.

That was a good punch/kick combo!

I agree with you Les, after a while it messes you up. My brother used to practice a few MMA styles, but now has epilepsy. Too many head injuries resulting in brain trauma.

This means he cannot drive as he has to go 12 months without a fit before he can be classed as medically fit to do so. Luckily as a pshyciatric nurse he is quite sensible these days.
He is still into the scene in a big way, visiting Vegas annually for the UFC, as well as local events.

He is also currently storming through Melbourne with his music. Currently organising 'Disorder' events for all those hardstyle/hardcore music lovers.
He certainly is not what Melbourne was expecting!

So at least he's doing well for himself over there.

Sorry he has got those problems. One of my friend's wife had to wait a year before she could drive for the same reason-nothing to do with boxing though! She had a brain tumour.

Good to hear he is doing so well now.

Les :)
