Gearbox & Diff oil in OLD car

Just looking for some advice on gearbox & rear diff oil guys.

97 UK Classic with 300bhp / ftlbs mods, original engine & gearbox on 150K miles so I want to look after it.

Gearbox a little noisier than it used to be, especially 3rd.

Any advice on TLC fluids?
Cheers

Do you have the DCCD gearbox?

Standard 5sp box - nothing special there I'm afraid. If I had a spare £2k+ and a weeks holiday that would be my final modification - although it wouldn't would it as then my transmission could handle more torque.

Maybe if I pour sand into the gearbox and thrash it till it breaks I could justify a new box, but realistically I just need to look after my standard wheel spining, rubbish in snow 5 speeder.

Thanks

It may be worth giving the Redline Lightweight Shockproof or Millers CRX NT a go
