hawkeye headers
 

i was wondering is it possible to put un-equal length headers(from a previous model) onto a hawkeye, to get the old scooby rumble? cheers

The original Hawkeye exhaust has unequal length headers.
It is just muffled to buggery.
I think a different back box will go some way to resolving your problem.

I've got a cat back system on my hawkeye WRX, defo makes the Subaru rumble :-)

They are marginally more equal length than the earlier cars but definitely will release the familiar sound with the right exhaust mods.
