Fully rebuilt 98 type R gearbox
 

Selling my type R gearbox which has had a full rebuild by APi around 6/7000 miles ago at a cost of £750 + VAT.....i have receipt to prove.

Been run with Millers Oils CRX 75w90 NT Competition full synthetic transmission oil which is used by the Honda BTCC team.

Minty fresh box ready to go.

Will get pics up for those interested once removed from car.

Will get gearbox code too.

Do you have the gearbox code? Was the box dragged or raced after rebuild?
What was done on the rebuild?

gearbox code is TY752VB5CA.......ive never hard launched this gearbox at all...read to many horror stories about doing that. Not sure what was done in the rebuild but it was the most comprehensive rebuild that api do so i imagine everything.....cost me £750 + VAT .Call David at api if you like and im sure he'll tell you all you need to know,i have the receipt too!

Dean Sti.......yep its a DCCD box,gearbox code is TY752VB5CA,google this and you should be able to find out ratios.
