what subarus has R160 4.11 rear diff?
 
What subarus came with the R160 diff with 4.11. I know 2006-7 WRX came with it, anyone else.. ?

early classic sti's i believe had the same ratio etc, well ive got a spare out of 1 in the garage after a gearbox/diff upgraded but it'd poss be changed at sum point

early sti defo has the R160 4.11. i got one lying if you need one, no faults with it. removed it as i got a later type r box + diff going in (or 6spd if funds allow).

I have a 2006 hawkeye diff case with a new platted 4.111 diff in side, at a cost of £900.00 Iv now gone 6 speed, so don't require it any more

Only the type r/ra variants do, the regular sti has the R160 :thumb:

I thought the v3 + v4 type r's used R160

shows how much i know, didn't realise you can get hubs with standard sliding rear calipers to take the R180 shafts..
