Anyone got one of these??
No idea what it's called but needing one of these if anyone can help

Erm, where does it go ?? am breaking my 64C 98 saloon, but dont think its was fitted to them unless I'm wrong ?

It's a small trim piece, just above the side skirt and in front of the rear wheel arch *crosses fingers*

I HAVE ONE ON A BLUE WAGON M8 HOW DO THEY COME OFF
|
Ah ok, have both sides in black as mine are unpainted
|
hmmm - not really sure.... looks like they just press in when putting them on, with two stubs feeding into two get-wider-when-summat-is-stuck-in-it clips. I'll have a search online and see if i can find a friendly way of removing them - unless someone on here can share their knowledge. I didn't remove mine - it was snapped off for me, just moments before some kind soul in our work car park left the scene with a small amount of black paint missing from their car. Damn the lack of cctv!

I think you need to take the side skirt off as well, then it clips to that, or screws on

will see tomorrow 4u

Thanks SLAB :thumb:
It's not attached to the side skirt, just pushes into two holes at the front of the rear wheelarch. there are two plugs that clip into the holes - a bit like a push fit rawl plug. Then, the two blips on the back of the trim piece push into holes in the plugs and makes them fatter, holding it all in place . I'm missing a top plug too, but the bottom one is intact. Can't find anywhere that gives advice on how to get them off, and there's no access to behind the clips inside the wheelarch or via the door shuts. I think it's the classic "lever them off gently" scenario..... How much does someone want for one?? I'm sick of asking my local subaru(/suzuki *sigh*) dealership if they can get me one - they're rubbish!! |
If you want my black one, £10 posted, or if you wanted both sides ( mine were both black and looked fine against the green paintwork ) £15
