Anyone know where i can get a decent 60mm pillar pod for a single gauge? only ones i can find are cheap universal ones or they are 52mm

Tried Scoobyclinic/Area52?

I looked, but didn't find anything to suit :(

bought a universal one off eBay and it's massively wrong for a Classic, useless

Got mine from here.

I had the triple one and it fits really well. Only thing is if it was 6 inches longer then it could have replaced the whole piece of interior trim.

By the looks of it the single pod is a full length piece that fits over pillar trim, dont like the sound of that really.

This in 60mm would be perfect http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=1205

IMO Nomad is the best: http://www.nomadracing.com/catalog/i...5ba6602ef94a5d

Looks OE. But you have said you don't want a full piece of trim. I think they are the best type.

Any pics of it fitted?

joey_turbo 28 October 2010 12:21 PM

I'm a bit lazy, so never really fitted it properly.
So its only secured in by the top of the dash and the screw in the alarm sensor.
Can get some pics if needed though.

pics would be good if you can get them. Whats the colour match like?

joey_turbo 28 October 2010 09:46 PM

Will try this weekend. The colour match and the texture are perfect. It genuinely looks like an OE item.
