Will Virgin Mobile and UPS turn up ???

Been waiting all day for a UPS courier to come and swap out my phone from my work address.
So far they have not shown, and on calling Virgin I was told they have 1 hour left of their delivery window (7pm) which means I have to wait here at work for a courier who may or may not show up.

Kind of ironic, seeing as I work for the competition :lol1:

So will he show, or will an hour of my life be wasted waiting for him?

Na im with you mate, I see it being a waste of my time too. Hopefully im wrong but this is me we are talking about.

Chi-Chi was very helpful on the phone though, and I was only on hold for 10 mins lol.
Tomorrows phone call to them could be quite colourful if this does not happen.

Shame goodies never turn up but bills always appear.

I waited a week mate, told them where to put there phone:mad:

I was told at 7pm that it didn't look like it would get delivered, and they would try again tomorrow. Offered to text me the tracking number to the broken phone lol.

So I have to start the whole process over again tomorrow. 8-7
