O2 Arena questions.
 

Going to O2 to see Peter Kay in a couple of weeks and we are staying at the Radisson sat night, noticed we are on the other side of the river can we walk across anywhere? Cannot see any bridges nearby or do we use the tube?
Never been before so any info on area, places to eat etc welcome.
