Converting dvd to divx avi's
 

Guys I need a helping hand here. A friend is about to deploy to the hell hole and wants to take his dvds with him.

Is there a programme out there that will convert a dvd to divx avi in 5 or less clicks?

Needs to be simple as he hates computers and quick.

AVS is really good and can convert loads of formats

There's a divX converter on the divX site. It's a 15 day free trial which says it gives you all the features. I downloaded it myself but I never got round to using it which isn't very helpful.

It might do the trick.

DivX flashes up as a trojan with Kaspersky that many times on my pc that I just deleted it !

Handbrake :)

you need to look for early versions 1.3 i think,

later versions had a certain ;) helpful feature removed
