Windscreen Replacement
 

All of a sudden I have what looks like someone has sprayed the front screen with glitter. Its almost a hase. I have tried loads of things on the screen to get it off but I have come to the conclusion that they must be tiny chips. It is a nightmare when driving towards the sun and If there is one thing that drives me complety mental is a dirty windscreen. :brickwall

So i was wondering about replacing that windscreen thats how much its bothering me.

Please dont answer, smash it with a hammer because I dont want to do that. So where can I get a new one from? Are they really expensive?

Is'nt your windscreen coverd on your insurance? If it is Autoglass will do it under your policy.

costs between 50 and 80 quid though

Windscreen will cost you around £180 fitted if green tinted, if it's Bronze your screwed they are £330 + VAT just for the glass!!! Your best bet is your insurance if your covered, I work for National Windscreens give them a call on 0800 622 122 they will be able to tell you if we can do it through your insurance. Hope I qa some help :-)

Sound like some ones been using a grinder and the sparks have hit the screen

Yeah the screen on my van is the same just wear n tear I'm afraid :-(

I have one m8 you could have for 40 quid but it looks like am other side of country
