which oil please? need advice
 

i know another boring question about oil, i have had a look at a lot of past threads and there seems to be a lot of opinions. i have a 95 wrx import with 120,000 kms serviced every 6000 by previous owner, it is now time for me to get the oil changed but its my first scoob and am stuck to which oil i should get im thinking 10/40 full synthetic but some say semi synthetic which is the best way to go? thanks oh and its best to pre fill filter and crank engine over without starting to build pressure up first. correct?:thumb:

Pre-Fill Filter but forget about the cranking nonsense!!

If you've read all the old threads why are you bothering to ask the question? Almost everybody will tell you it's 10w40 semi- or fully synthetic. What you pay for it is entirely up to you.
