I have silver and it is nice to have a car that looks clean most of the time!!

If I had a choice though I would have gone for white, hmmm!

Littleted 12 October 2010 11:59 AM

boot or hatch ?

scooby L 12 October 2010 12:05 PM

Black alloys on Silver looks

What black are Subaru offereing? Mine is Blue/Black (or midnight blue pearl for it's full name). It's a difficult colour to keep clean, and quite "flat" when anything other than clean & highly waxed

Obsidian Black
Grey
or the new Blue

I think im gonna go either Black Booted or maybe Black or Blue Hatch.

Im not too struck on the booted one without a spoiler mmmm

scooby L 12 October 2010 12:10 PM

Ahh Obsidian Black is a Metalic black with blue fleck.. very nice

Cirencester have a Grey metalic Saloon, it does look nice in that colour too...

Gary WRX 12 October 2010 12:13 PM

I quite like the new blue colour - different from your average grey/black/silver German saloons

Mone - Hatch

Aand yes that new blue does look good.

mickp 12 October 2010 12:37 PM

Obsidian Black for me.

Still feel the Hatch is the more practical car but the current "hot topic" would put me off doing a deal on either.

Wish you well though and hope you enjoy.

mgcvk 12 October 2010 12:51 PM

I wouldn't currently buy a new Sti either with the engine problems. That said, the San Remo Red looks good. Makes a change from all the blue, silver and black ones.

mgcvk 12 October 2010 12:56 PM

Or dark grey metallic. I think I might be starting to like the look of the saloon though I still prefer the garishness of previous pre-hatch models.

T5NYW 12 October 2010 02:06 PM

The blue looked more black current.
The White is pearlessent
Loved the black or red

I would get the red but reserve judgement till seen all the colours in daylight ;)

Littleted 12 October 2010 03:13 PM

Ok ive just been to look at 2 White with small Spoiler and 1 Black, Have to say im drawn to the whote at the moment.

Sat in it also Lovely recaros and internals look a lot nicer, Stereos diff, and handsfree mobile sexyness.

I have to admit the photos on here dont do it justice, it is very nice.

2 things though

33k is too much
No spoiler SPOILS it for me, even a little one would be nice,

dealer quoted me 600 to add his spoiler he had on it.

Waiting on a price see what its like, If not they have a 330s with 10k on may get that.

Failing that i,ll sack it all off pay off my visa and play in my WRX-S

Blue is best !!
I haven't seen the new shade of blue in the flesh yet but it looks darker
Seen White nice
Black hard to keep clean

I test drove the white booted - looked great and was pretty clean still after a long motorway trip. Should be seeing the new blue tomorrow - i'm told it looks the mutts!....and talking of Mutts - have a dog too, so that is the issue with the booted - can I get the dog in safely with the seats down....I have a Leggy Spec B so he;s used to being in an estate...! - blimey - choice of spending 30K plus on a car dictated by the dog!

kive13 13 October 2010 12:47 AM

mica blue

Jamz3k 13 October 2010 12:48 AM

All the pics i've seen of the new sedan seem to be in popular 3series BMW colours.;)

urban 13 October 2010 08:37 AM

Dark grey

There's just something about Pearlescent White
It looks clean even when it's dirty

Very nice mate how much from u round the back like if I go to subaru it's gonna cost me 1000 I reakon

To be honest I don't think I can afford then car never mind the spoiler but it's deffo what's missing on the new sti I think

Looks great mate

mgcvk 13 October 2010 06:45 PM

I'm starting to slowly warm to the new saloon but I don't personally think it needs the spoiler. The car is kind of sort of BMW 3 series shaped and I think it looks tacky with the wing.

Not sure, we only supply the spoilers in primer, Keith Price got a local bodyshop to paint them:wonder:
