UK and Import knock sensors

Hi,

My MY95 needs a new knock sensor. Ive found a guy breaking an MY95 WRX locally to me. Will the knock sensor work ok with mine being a UK car?

should be the same, but i wouldnt buy secondhand sensors as i have just found out the hard way, not good.
