Decat swap over?
 

hi guys, i bought my 2001 wrx with a decat downpipe but i want to put it back to standard downpipe with cats as the CEL keeps coming on cos of obviously the emissions are high with the decat.
Would it be an easy job for me to swap it over my self as a novice mechanic?
i have some ramps and the spanners and socket sets but would i need anything else?

Hi swaping decat pipe for standard cat downpipe is quite easy(if you have FMIC),but if you have TMIC will be more time consuming.
1.Take out TMIC
2.Take out heatshield from Turbo
3.Take out 5 bolts from turbo and downpipe
4. Swap decat downpipe for cat downpipe(don't forget put lambda sensor)
