Does anyone know the best way to remove tar spots from alloys or even the paint work for that matter

leave on for a few minutes & it just wipes off Been using it for years!!! |

best and 'safest' is good old white spirit...can use it on paintwork as well, totaly harmeless and non-abrasive (smells good too)...
