spicy thai chicken kebabs?

I was thinking mango related, but I'm drawing a complete chef'ing blank.

help pls :D

Something like a warm noodle salad or blanched bok choi with soy and ginger dressing?

interesting... the kebabs will be quite heavy and slightly sweet so I was after something to contrast.

and hodgy,just done the shop and i did get rocket

am going for a very spicy dipping sauce, plain salad (pine nuts, etc) and some breads.

mustn't forget lemongrass tomorrow too!

sliced onion, shredded cabbage and chopped lettuce suits my local kebab shop very nicely.

Drizzle with chilli sauce to complete and serve in white folded paper.
