i only have full system including manifold, green cotton filter, walbro fuel pump and mapped at 1 bar of boost

i was thinking standard grade oil would be fine but it does get used hard everyday. maybee some1 knows a better choice??? oh and what it the standard grade??

standard grade is 10-40w thats why i use it, and when i drive my car i dont drive it for economy eaither. i have straight thro exhaust coming off a sports cat/k+n pannel running 15psi

A 10w-40 is ideal for your car.

The best ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Redline and Millers CFS. As a cheaper alternative the Fuchs XTR, Motul 6100 and Millers XSS are good choices.

Here's the filter for it

Hi there i have a subaru , im thinking off doing a oil change , its running at 309bhp with a sti 2002 in it , is 10w/40 semi Castrol Magnatec ,or other Mobil Super 2000 X1 10W/40 any gd thanks

Not really, those oils are pretty average semi-synthetics and a full synthetic would be better in a car running over 300bhp. Also as it's post 2000, a 5w-40 is a better choice.

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XFS, Fuchs Supersyn and Mobil Synt S are good, cheaper alternatives.

Cheers
