Transfering data between xboxs?

Gonna bite the bullet and get a new 250gb Xbox. How do I transfer the data across from the 20Gb drive?
I know Game etc can do this for you but I'm buying it online.

You can use either a USB dongle (upto 16GB) or a transfer cable. I can send you over a transfer cable for free, no software required as it's built into the latest dashboard.
