Low mileage STI spec D

Change of plans for me, so reluctantly, I'm putting my Spec D up for sale.

Spec is as follows:
  • Version 10 STI in Crystal grey metallic
  • Wide track
  • low level rear spoiler
  • Silver wheels
  • Leather interior with more sound proofing
  • DCCD with Auto
  • Intercooler water spray
  • Pioneer ipod/bluetooth stereo
  • Smartnav satnav/tracker, factory fitted.
  • This is a limited edition car, only 300 of these were made.
  • Full service history
  • 26k on the clock
  • immaculate inside & out
  • recent rear shocks
It has recently had the cambelt, all fluids & filters changed - by Enginetuner in plymouth, along with new front, performance friction, brake pads. So it goes & stops as it should.

While in for the service I had them fit a full 3" Milltek exhaust, including sports cat downpipe, so you never get a problem at MOT time. Along with this Martyn remapped the car to produce a respectable 352bhp & 400lbft of torque - this makes for a very nice road car & the exhaust is nearly silent on the cruise at 70.

I spent a long time looking for the right car, one with ultra low miles & immaculate bodywork. This one is truely stunning!

It's just had 4 new Sessanta Ultracs & laser alignment

As the car stand I'm looking for £11,500 ono - I may consider a PX of an M3 or a Porsche 911, with cash your way.

No dreamers or tyre kickers, no insurance, no test drive.

Car is located in Plymouth - contact me via PM for my phone number.

cheers for looking,

Craig

Best of luck with the sale Craig - sorry you are going to the dark side :-)

DJ_Jon 15 October 2010 10:09 PM

It may not happen Keith, all I've been getting is chancers offering me 8 - 10k - looks like I'll be keeping it a while longer, no bad thing, especially with 4 new boots on it today, its handling like a dream.

How is the green beastie?

Green beastie is fine - maybe you regret selling it ! - anyway, what are you doing home at this time of night - I thought you'd be clubbing :)

DJ_Jon 15 October 2010 10:21 PM

My clubbing days were over when I hung up my DJ'ing headphones about 4 years ago :lol1:

It was hard letting go of that car, but I'm glad it went to someone like you who will appreciate it :thumb:

i would say its bang on the money mate i wouldnt take less than 11.5 if i was you as it looks a good one for a change by the way yours is a version 9 i believe lol

DJ_Jon 12 December 2010 10:35 AM

Cheers for the bump. IIRC the V9 is the Blob eye with the wider track & Auto DCCD - V10 is the Hawk STI. Happy to be corrected though :thumb:

deanb1980 12 December 2010 10:49 AM

i may be wrong but the hatch is the 10 the blob sti with pcd 114 is still a 8 i may be wrong though and dont buy a bmw you will be dissapointed porsche i agree with but you will have to add some decent cash to get a decent newish car

DJ_Jon 12 December 2010 01:18 PM

Cheers for the input fella :thumb:

This car will be immaculate as the seller will have been over and under it with a tooth brush in order to get the last spec of dirt off.

Best of luck with the sale Craig :thumb:
