Alloygators just fitted some...with pics.
Hi all, well sick of having my newly refurbed wheels refurbed time and time again, so when I saw these http://www.alloygator.co.uk/ advertised in EVO mag, I thought I'd give them a try. Very easy to fit about a 2 hour job, and although I had my reservations I'm getting used to them. Good selection of colours too, nearly went for the pink(cerise) ones but would have been gutted if I didn't really like, so went safe with blue to match my lug nuts & valves.
Anyway pics below, let me know what you think, and knowing me, I probably won't catch my alloys now I've got them fitted http://graham234.mysnaps.org.uk/c1894336.html CRAFT:thumb: |
Not seen those before, are they safe as it looks like it moves the bead a bit further back, be interested in seeing them in real life, good idea though

Whats the cost ??
Not sure about the colored, maybe in black or silver to match the alloy. |
Probably cost around £50 all in.
Do they not affect the balance of the wheel? |
no too bad!!
|
I like, not sure about the colour. But great idea

surely just park away from the kerb slightly more would be a better solution?(And cheaper!) As they will also look crap when kerbed will they not??
