Front Rattle/Knock (audio included)

Hey,

I have a rattle or knock on my drivers side front of my 03 STi, I'v had the car on a ramp a few times trying to figure it out but can't find anything, tried putting foam under the sump guard and nothing seems to cure it...

it's coming from the front drivers side wheel,or somewhere around there...it only seem's there when going slow over bumpy surfaces, and the noise kind of reverb's a few times

here's an audio file see if you have any ideas...my car has Tein shocks on,are they know for this?

i dont get what were supposed to see in the video lol.... i have super street and one of mine used to do it, usually when turning right slowly like round mini roundabouts. its not doing it now though lol.

could be a wheel bearing?

hi mate listened to your vid and couldnt really hear anything (dont know if i going deff lol) had had similar probs with my97 2000turbo every 1 kept saying anti rollbar. this only happened whilst going over bumps, (sounded like the plastic sump cover rattling) so inspected the antiroll bar and it was all in good shape. in the end i changed the front suspension and all sorted. have you checked them to see if any fluid is seeping from them? as thats the usual sign, saying that mine looked fine on inspection:)
