Does anyone have any information on the subaru Terzo, I have read that 333 were made, were they all for the UK market ? how many other Terzo owners are members here ?

Isn't that 332 were made ? (given that they didn't make a #13)

Or did they go to 334 ?

Have a look here:

david

think you'll find they made 333 but omitted no 13 and therefore the last one was numbered 334.

thanks for the site Lou c, Thank god that mine never ends up like that one simon,

including my number 266 thats 5 found, 328 left !! ( maybe 1 less taking into account simons pic post )

ive not seen any others around but only had mine for 1 week.

Simon 11 March 2001 09:56 AM

I have #73, and have only ever seen one other on the road. There were 333 made, numbered 1 to 334, and were for the UK market only.

I don't know how many are left, as I seem to remember when they first came out (back in the good old days) a lot ended up like this:

Always found it bizarre that the Terzos don't have split rear folding seats for some obscure reason (IIRC) unlike std. UK turbos

Simon 11 March 2001 07:27 PM

The front seats on a Terzo are STi seats (slightly different to normal UK seats), so I guess the rear ones are from an STi as well as STis do not have split fold seats either.

Alternatively, with it being a limited edition, it could have been made of parts left over in the parts bin from lower spec (1.6 GL) models. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

The RB5 doesn't have split/fold rear seat either, apparently it is 'cause they have a solid rear bulkhead for improved rigidity.

First Scooby I ever owned was a Terzo which was written off thanks to a muppet in a MGF.It really felt special at the time and is still one of my favourite cars ever.
