gearbox oil?
 

Hey,
I was just wondering what is the best oil for my gearbox its a 93 classic , and would the incorrect oil make it whine?

handbook for my newage wrx says 75w90 GL5 grade

Hi i use redline seems better than castrol
75W-90 Semi Synthetic

what weight is that you use?

75w90, motul, can't remember if it was 300 or something like that, expensive but you've got a fast car that takes abuse so a good one is recommended.
