Slight hijack.

I'll soon be fitting the electronic km/h to MPH convertor/delimiter. Is there any way to 'lower' the already clocked up odo's kilometers by a a factor of x 0.621, so that it will read in the equivalent miles - so, from that point on, the odo will exclusively read the correct mileage (and not an annoying cumulative of km + m)?

Car's a MY99 STi v.5.
