yeah on number 2 dont think its too bad low imo

assuming its the original engine and hasn't been swapped at some point, then it will be a rear thrust bearing crank, as for grinding its a big:nono::nono::nono: do a search on here for crank regrinds and see what it brings up, especially when you can get one for this price, (please make sure its right if you order the one in the link)

does Harvey use reground cranks?? i think he used one on his own car, but weather he uses them on paying customers builds i don't know, but what i do know is if was rebuilding my own engine i would not use a reground crank there is just to much to go wrong, especially when a new crank is so cheap.

tell me what a budget build is? when you have got all the labour involved to remove strip rebuild and refit the engine, and already spending $£1.5k+a extra £200 plus makes sense to spend when you got the engine apart after all its not like a old ford or any other in line engine where you can drop the crank with the engine in situ.

thats fair enoth mate doing all work my self so should save there but just paid 1200 for car so saving for parts just gunna have to spend big me thinks lol just being inpationt to get the girl on the road spose
