I was gonna try some origianl T-cut in a small corner, it looks to me to be on the outside? I maybe wrong.

tcut them first, if that dosent work get a hair dryer on them, if that dosent work, get a tiny drill bit and drill a hole in the very bottom corner where its not visible...

Usually on the outside on bugeyes, try "glossy lite" or similar before going "inside".

I did this yesterday and although no pictures it got rid of the misting that was definately on the outside and not moisture on the inside. I used the T-cut original which is strong stuff and usually only for metal, but it cut the crap off my lights. I reckon two atempts is best. Make sure you allow for it to dry powdery white before polishing off. Use a damp cloth when applying too.
