There was a bit of space left in your tank if you only got £60 in it. I managed £69.50 in mine (just a lowly 2.0 TDCi 130).
Mine runs up and down the M1 all week and 600+ miles is the norm which equates to around 50mpg. I would expect yours to be seeing around 46mpg :D

By my rough calculations and using a price of 119p per litre, 47.7mpg :thumb:

My Mrs has a 2.0 TDCi 130 estate and gets about 50 as well. Its a 6 speed and will cruise at 90 at just over 2000 revs. :thumb:

Nice car and I'm after one. Facelift like your etc. How are you finding it to drive day to day compared to the scoob? Also can you give me the info on how much you paid etc? PM obviously if preferred. Cheers

Nothing to hide, the garage wanted £8895 for it(got him down a bit on that)I traded mine in with them for over £7000(not bad to say book price is £6200).
It drives very well, still seems to have some poke for a diesel.

Matteeboy 02 August 2010 09:07 PM

Ahem - many diesels have plenty of poke... ;-)

Cheers mate for the info. What plate is that and mileage? Just I'm trying to get a good picture of what I can get for my money later this month. Reading up I know getting something like a Bluefin remap would be very very tempting for me :o

Cheers. Seems a pretty good deal you got to me. I'm looking at an 06 hopefully and closer to 60k for my money. prices on these seems to have fired up a fair bit.

When i was looking for one(in the colour i got)with less than 40000 on the clock, there wasn't many about,,,,,,,,,infact only 2 on Autotrader.

STi wanna Subaru 02 August 2010 10:30 PM

Well a derv car like that will do 15K a year average i'd guess, so a 4 year old car I figure 60k is about the mark I have to expect. 40K is a little under what I'd expect for a 07 so you've got one with low mileage for the sort of car I'd say. I'm hoping to spend about 7K'ish (original budget was 5k for a change of car). I'm not too fussy on colour but do want the Xenons.

Seen it. If somebody goes to that little effort to sell a car then it tells me a lot about them and I don't want their car. Cheers for looking though :):thumb:
