IS THERE A BETTER ROAD LEGAL DRAG TYRE THAN R888'S
 

Hi all , im nearing the end of days on my toyo proxes r888's 205/40/17s and am going to upgrade to 225 /45/17's
and just wondered if any body knew of any new tyre on th market , that are more suited to 1/4 mile drag racing, i was talking to scooby dazza at the ShAKESPEAR COUNTY RACE WAY THE OTHER WEEK and he mentioned a n alternative but i have forgotten what they were........
any ideas folks

What about advan A050 pretty much same tread pattern as R888 just dont know if road legal. does anybody know?

Maxsport are quite sticky and cheap. Not sure how they compare to others though.
