U-Boat Watches

I'm looking at getting a U-Boat watch very soon but I'm struggling to find any real world advice from owners. The watch forums don't really mention them so I can't find any information on them other than the official bumf from the website. I'm looking at the Classico which is the lower end of the price range. I believe they are Italian watches with a Swiss movement, is that correct? I know there are a lot of watch fanatics on Scoobynet like myself so hopefully someone will know.

Does anybody have a U-Boat watch or know anybody that has one? Are they any good?

Cheers,

Craig.

Matt,

Thanks for the links. It looks like the U-Boat brand is not very well regarded in the watch fraternity. I think I'll look elsewhere.

It isnt. They were (sort of) alright when they were cheaper, but theyve repeatedly played the price card, constantly increasing their prices believing that people will continue to pay...
