U-Boat Watches
I'm looking at getting a U-Boat watch very soon but I'm struggling to find any real world advice from owners. The watch forums don't really mention them so I can't find any information on them other than the official bumf from the website. I'm looking at the Classico which is the lower end of the price range. I believe they are Italian watches with a Swiss movement, is that correct? I know there are a lot of watch fanatics on Scoobynet like myself so hopefully someone will know.
Does anybody have a U-Boat watch or know anybody that has one? Are they any good? Cheers, Craig. |
u-Boat make or Panerai that were given to Italian WW2 Uboat captains?

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/t... Boat Classico http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/t...s on U-Boat... Thanks for the links. It looks like the U-Boat brand is not very well regarded in the watch fraternity. I think I'll look elsewhere. |
It isnt. They were (sort of) alright when they were cheaper, but theyve repeatedly played the price card, constantly increasing their prices believing that people will continue to pay...
