Placed an order nearly three weeks ago and not had anything yet. No reply to emails and ignored paypal claim as well.

One to avoid I would say.

No contact details and dead ends for privacy policy and terms of use spell danger.
A scammer or someone working out of their bedroom and trying to look bigger than they are.

I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but TBH alarm bells should have rung? no phone number and no address on the contact page and only two pics in the 'gallery'

This lists an address and phone number but I suspect they are the address and phone number of the hosting company. :(

I googled the website and no horror stories came back so I was pretty sure it would be OK, if it ends in tears I'll still get my money back via Paypal I suppose.

I guess I have become a bit complacent over the years, I can't remember the last time I bought from a high street shop, I buy everything online these days.

Try reporting their web-site to 3M, as they are (possibly illegally) using their trademark!!!!
