Questions for the mappers

1. Does swapping a Power Station supplied and fitted 3 port boost solnoid for a Prodrive one require a remap?

2. If I swap back to a standard airbox from an RCM Induction kit does that require a remap?

Car is 2003 STI with previously mapped ecutek

Cheers

Possibly not but I would at least want to check the map to make sure it is working the same - why the change ?

Ta for the reply, I've been looking out for a different 3 port since I had it re-mapped, mapper commented the 3 port was showing characteristics he had come across before with one from Power Station. Doesn't seem to hold the boost very well. He could have mapped it out but would have affected the power, I chose to live with it but my wife drives it and just doesn't suit her driving style so I'll get the prodrive one on them back to the mapper to sort.

Hmm - what characteristics?
