If is says male on its passport then it is male and a male prison it goes to, most if not all child porn convicted scum goes into solitary and seperated from the rest of the prison population.

I cannot see how this freak is any different or would be treated any different.

Funny, no not so much funny as sad and wrong the rights of the children are violated in the most horrible ways possible and yet this scum get its rights before those of anyone else.

Jail for paedo's with no chance of releasae if they cannot be trusted not to reoffend - and about time the kids got put first!

You hear of more and more child abusers getting off of ail, it seems this crime isn't considered that bad anymore - makes me wonder about those who let these dangers to children off with no more than a few hours 'unpaid work'

Not exactly an isolated incident, you can get off for being too fat and hide behind religion as well - this vile and most serious of crimes is ust not being taken seriously, you get community service for thieft, not abusing a child - or at least that used to be the way in this country.

Makes my blood boil it really does!!!

Anyone think most of the Judges should be sacked and a new lot brought in.
So he/she would have a bad time in jail. Tough, you do the crime, you do the time :thumb:

Children should be fully protected from the attentions of paedophiles as a vital priority.

Allowing paedophiles their liberty without significant punishment and restrictions is not the way to do that.

i watched a film last week called Trade its a little similar to Traffic its about this young boy where his sister gets kidnapped for sick acts and through the whole film they show you how this this sick business works. At the end of the film the showed some statistics on kidnapping ect and the figures are pretty shocking dont know how much truth in it. but must say an interesting film and worth a watch.

These sick people need life sentances if not death sentances to make an example maybe then people will think twice before doing any sick acts.

Are you saying it did not happen, he she isn't a trannie, the images where planted or the judge did not hand out a non custodial sentance to the he-she?

How exactly have the Daily Waill have spun this i would love to know just how, either he/she did look at child porn and got away with it or he/she did not.

Paul I am not doubting the story, just the way the papers these days put their own slant on stories. the DM seems to be the paper that a lot of these threads link to. they all seem to have some sensationalist or debatable point to them. Half the time i think the links are used for trolling puposes to get a rise out of people, not to open half sensible dialogue or discussion.

Why is there never any GOOD news reported on. answer, it doesn't sell papers.

:) OF course they (the papers regardless of left/right wing leanings) put their slant on it and you read between the lines to get a more accurate understanding of what really went on.

The DM sensationalised it but the facts of the case seem to hold true convicted of viewing CP and then given 'unpaid work' as a 'punishment' due to the problems the trannie may encounter in jail

I do wonder how far away we are from the judges asking the convicted criminals what sort of punishment they feel they deserve or would suit them best;)
