Hi can anyone give me advise of the best engine oil to put in a 2005 "55" plate newage sti type u.k ppp. Want to know the name of oil and best grade viscosity to use.

i always use silkolene pro s 5w40 in mine mate. excellent stuff. my brother uses the pro s 10w50 in his wr1

i use shell helix ultra 5w40 or redline 5w40

Any of the above mentioned are more than suitable for your MY05 STI :D I use shell helix ultra 5w40 fully synth, does the job for me :D

i use millers 10/60, but do some track days.
