where is the idle control valve on uk classic

Is it the cream plastic thing with ABC on the top?
Can i clean it?

Thanks that makes it very clear. Whats the proceedure for cleaning it please... just remove the two phillips head screws and wash with carb cleaner?
any tips please.

Ye, Just make sure the gasket does not get damaged.

can you tell me is the brown thing on top the idle switch if not do you know where it is
