Blot on the land scape gone

Well two out of three is a start!

I live i a small Scottish village that has had its sky line dominated by these tower blocks for around 50 years. Today two out of the three were demolished .

When they going to haul down the old bridge?
What a waste of money the new one was, since they dropped the toll at the Forth Rd Bridge nobody uses the Kincardine route.

The old bridge is staying although its ment to be getting shut for a repair. The new one wasnt a waste of money if you lived in the village as it has removed all the congestion the village. It used to take my old man 30 minutes to travel half a mile in the mornings just to get onto the old bridge.

Tell me about it mate, used that route a lot.
I read that since the toll was dropped at the Forth Rd Bridge less traffic is using the Kincardine route anyway.

Not sure if thats right or not as the village is so quiet now but the worry is there that if the new forth road bridge isnt built in time and they impose weight restrictions on the old one then loads more traffic ( lorries ) will be heading this way.
