Is it possible to buy an "off the shelf" forum that looks & feels like SNet? If so where can I get it & how much might it cost?

I set a forum up using phpbb with no previous experience and had it working within a few hours. Someone else runs it now (far more competetently I might add):

Whay not just start one of your own?
