Currently at 18 month high.

Probably

Euro is in dodgy terrority right now and many Euro countries are in danger of going bust.

Upside - really cheap holidays for us

in the south of France as we speak

and at 1.3 -- still makes France expensive (although diesel is now under a £1.00 a litre)

Is it just me who remembers 1.52? :(
