Jailbroke my spare Iphone
Couldn't believe how easy it was, just 10 mins and about 30 mins of faffing to update a few things.
Then spent 3 hours adapting a theme to come up with my own. This is what I came up with. I can't take credit for the background, that was done by a USA archer for a bit of fun. Turned out good for him as the company that produces the bow took it up for advertising! http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-...4_343247_n.jpg Aldo found a Ring phone theme (off a programme called Chuck for those that don't watch it) |
That's a great illustration of why you need to jailbreak to customise. I can hear the phone crying from here.

Whats the matter Jack? Not your taste?
|
It's a very personal choice lets say.
|
Isn't that the whole point of customization? To be unique? And yes, I'm an archer who shoots compounds.
Have to admit, the broadheads stand out less on the phone itself as that pic is larger than the iphone screen. |
the best reason for me jailbreaking mine is so i can have a 5 icon dock

The background is fine, the rest is pretty gash to be fair :lol1:
Same icon for 2 things? |
I needed icons fast SM, there about the best that fitted the theme.
Problem is youc an't hav icons on the main screen or they obscure the background and there would be no point in having it IMO. This was an exercise to see how easy it was to do. And the answer to that is very. Might get round to doing 1 for the make of bows that I use, least then I could have a different bow for all the bottom icons. |
Well its a moot point now and I have to get it finished, and properly. Seems the internet has made the world smaller.
Anyone know the location of the photo's taken by the camera or screen savers are stored. I have to upload a pic I want to use as the screensaver. Cheers Found it. its root/library/wallpaper |
