mobile phones direct
Hi,
Has any one mobile phones dirfect? They have the best deal on the htc desire on voda. ive tried to call today but cant get through and wonder if anyone can help..... is the contract between me and them or me and voda? they claim unlimited internet yet voda only offer 500 (or 1 gig from 1st June) how can they do this or is it lies and small print? Everyone bats the phrase "unlimited" about as its considered more than you will ever need. They are all capped as most home broadband ISP's are.

I have used them - not a problem unless something goes wrong.
It may have improved since I used them. Try ringing their Customer support line. . . . |
I thought I might have a few delivery problems when I ordered from Mobile Phones Direct based on a couple of forum posts I had read but I couldn't fault them. They have a next day delivery promise which they lived up too.
Order the HTC Desire last Monday morning and it had arrived on my doorstep the following day at 11:30am. Now that is what I call service. I did have an issue after the phone arrived as I thought I had opted for the phone insurance but appears I hadn't got it. Called the main 0845 number on their site and got straight through to a helpful lady who processed everything quickly for me. |
