no reason why it wouldnt be,those slanty eyed little fellas are way in front of europe and the rest of the world when it comes to modding/tuning cars and have access to more accessories and cheaper parts than we do.Now if that was on an essex high street with a couple of baseball cap wearing NO WHAT A MEAN MAN IN IT plant pots in the car then NO I WOULDNT THINK SO.

That's ultra laggy, like one of those Gran Turismo PlayStation cars that you modify yourself to silly HP: nothing up to 4+k and then all hell breaks loose. Probably just the job for pimping round his posse of ladyboys.
